Panel 1 [Shot over Brutality’s shoulder, looking down at Barzillai who’s fallen back on his side again. Barzillai coughs and groans, bringing one hand to the gash that stretches the length of his torso]

BRUTALITY:
How do you like having that breath back, Mr. Waite?

Panel 2 [Slightly low angle looking up at Brutality as he grins and caresses his own face.]

BRUTALITY:
You never forget what life tastes like after you’ve lost it once. Like copper, bright and shining and bloody.

Panel 3 [Overhead angle of Barzillai, pained, tilting his head to look at Brutality.]

BARZILLAI:
Who…what…are you?

Panel 3 [Brutality grins and looks down at Barzillai, whose voice comes off camera.]

BRUTALITY:
No one and nothing you know, yet.

BARZILLAI:
Where did you—?

Panel 4 [Brutality gestures down to the sea. This is shot down at the water level, looking up at the ship. Brutality, tiny, is seen by the bulwarks speaking]

BRUTALITY:
Came from there. From which so many things come.

Panel 5 [Close up of the waves and seafoam sloshing, Brutality’s voice overlaid, an abstract skull reflected in the undulations of the waves

BRUTALITY:
That sea holds more souls in it than anything. Millenniums of things sloshing around down there, wailing. I’m but one of them.

This page has one of my fav lines, about what a ghost thinks life tastes like, but I think the page itself is rather ugly looking. Pity! The former page was among my favorites though...you can't win em all.
