Thus begins chapter 4 which I like to call: A Shitton of Barrels and Some of the Barrels are Evil. Here, an oil gauger tests the quality of the oil by tasting it.       I’m glad you liked it! They’re a rather recent addition, but I’ve been going back through some pages earlier than this one (and some upcoming and in the future) to add more little historical context essays that I’ve written over time.
